Processed Food, a long standing sector in Tunisia revisited with partners CEPEX and GICA at ANUGA
During ANUGA 2023, SIPPO Tunisia supported its partner BSOs, CEPEX and GICA in their strategy to upgrade local offer through integrating and adopting the sustainability values in processed food sector promotion, the identification of key aspects to meet international competitiveness of the sector and the needs in importing markets.
Moreover, SIPPO strengthened its partners for their new approach of company guidance dedicated to newcomers, as first participation at ANUGA. CEPEX, supported SIPPO team and expert, ensure a full coaching process to prepare the new companies that joined for the first time the trade fair, to define their contact lists, to reach their target destinations and industries and to approach buyers during the trade fair as well as ensure the follow up.
During ANUGA 2023, SIPPO with CEPEX put into practice the new performance measurement of the trade fair organization by the BSO which was developed with our partner during the year 2023 in order to build within CEPEX their own MRM system.
